My approach adapts to you. We’ll identify together what feels best for you from a diversity of methods, including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness practices. I bring both clinical expertise and personal understanding to our sessions, especially around affirming neurodivergence, trauma recovery, gender exploration, and consensual nonmonogamy.
