Samantha Young (she/her), LMSW
Psychotherapist
As a neurodivergent therapist and Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I offer a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are – without masking or explaining yourself.
I work through a trauma-informed lens, understanding how past experiences shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out – often navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges while trying to meet expectations that don’t fully fit.
My work centers neurodivergent individuals, including those who are exploring or questioning how their brain works. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience, offering a deeper level of understanding and validation. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns, build self-trust, and create ways of living that feel more sustainable, supportive, and aligned with who you are.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, we’ll shape therapy around what actually helps – at your pace, and in a way that honors your strengths and needs.
If you’re looking for a space where you can feel understood and begin making meaningful change, I’d be glad to support you. When you’re ready, we can begin.
