Amanda employs a holistic, strengths-based approach to care. Her work focuses on the connection between individuals and their environments, helping clients better understand how everyday experiences and relationships shape overall well-being.
With training in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and Multi-Systemic Therapy, Amanda works with clients of all ages. She supports individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also helping clients build skills in setting healthy boundaries, deepening self-understanding, making meaningful behavior changes, and creating lasting, sustainable growth.
Amanda’s approach is rooted in empowerment and collaboration. She works alongside clients to help them recognize their strengths and move toward positive, meaningful change. Building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to her work, and she meets each client where they are in their healing journey.
Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by cultural humility, allowing each person’s unique experiences and needs to be honored. Amanda earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.
