Psychotherapist

Rachel is an empathetic clinician who uses a person-centered and holistic approach to wellness and healing. She creates a safe space to support and empower her clients to examine their lives creatively, be it through art-making, mindfulness techniques, or talk therapy.

Rachel has experience working with children and adults experiencing anxiety, isolation, depression, and life transitions. Rachel also has experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum and incorporating a Sensory-Based approach during sessions. She has supported clients in cultivating coping skills and self-confidence through self- expression, art-making, and group therapy sessions.

Rachel graduated with her Master’s in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. Her Master’s Thesis provided research in the fields of Art Therapy and Archetypal and Depth Psychology, in which she demonstrated the use of the tarot as a therapeutic tool to promote introspection, reflection, and conversations for exploring our subconscious and spiritual selves.
