Salenia Sanchez (she/her), CAT-LP

Salenia is a practitioner who believes in taking those courageous steps of embracing therapy and embarking on personal self-growth through the power of reflection. Salenia believes in pulling the meanings from narrative-based, CBT, and DBT treatment to reveal the unseen. Those clients who feel open to art discovery will search for what is deeper inside.


Salenia has worked alongside the DOE and DOH providing psychotherapy treatment for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, ADHD, and Dyslexia, individually and in groups. She has experience working with adults dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. She also has experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and is skilled at providing a non-judgmental space. Salenia believes being playful and humorous is vital to our self-growth.
