Trisha Fuerte (she/her) LMSW

Psychotherapist

As a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York, Trisha Regine Fuerte creates a therapeutic space where you can be unapologetically vulnerable and honor all the parts of your story. She works collaboratively with clients to process both personal and systemic challenges, celebrate triumphs, and continue building on their inherent strengths. Trisha specializes in working with artists finding their voice, first-gen students and professionals navigating transitions, sexual trauma and family trauma survivors on their healing journey, people of color facing workplace challenges, couples improving their communication, those exploring their Asian-American identity, Queer identity, unlearning fatphobia, or developing their role as an activist.

Trisha brings her authentic self to her sessions, as an artist, the daughter of a Filipino immigrant single mother, and someone who has walked through trauma herself. Having grown up in the Bay Area, she understands the power of community care and draws inspiration from her decade of work in education and organizing spaces. She believes deeply that we heal better collectively than alone, and creates therapy relationships that feel real, honest, and grounded in shared humanity. Trisha channels her background in psychology and social work from the University of San Francisco and New York University, with lived experience, to help you hold on to your values and bring you home to your whole self.
