Tanvi Mehta (she/her), CAT-LP
Psychotherapist
Tanvi is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who helps individuals break free from patterns that no longer serve them. She brings a wealth of experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, from children to older adults. Tanvi offers support to individuals, groups, and families, creating a warm, professional space where clients can unpack their feelings and build the tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Graduating from NYU’s Art Therapy Master’s program, Tanvi is deeply committed to culturally attuned care and provides counseling in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and French. Her integrative approach blends Creative Art Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and humanistic practices to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than offering ready-made solutions, she collaborates with clients to explore tools that foster resilience and self-reliance—helping them tap into their inner strength and create lasting change.
