Faith is a patient, warm, and empathic therapist who believes people are the experts of their own stories and should be provided with a space that allows them to live as authentically as possible. Faith believes that by having a safe space where people feel valued, safe, and supported- they feel more empowered to make better life choices. Faith adopts a mindful, person-centered CBT approach in her work with clients. She believes that self-acceptance and awareness allow people to rediscover how to love themselves and challenge why they make the choices they do. Faith earned an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and has experience working with people of diverse backgrounds. Faith has worked with teens, adults, older adults, and groups. She has helped people navigate a variety of issues including, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, body image, trauma, multicultural issues, grief, and depression. As a counselor, Faith hopes to bring about positive changes in the lives of her clients- showing them that they are valued and important, especially when they have been told otherwise.
