Kristen Enea (She/Her), CAT-LP
Psychotherapist
I am an empathetic, holistic, person-centered therapist with over 10 years of experience in exploring creativity and art making. Holding a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Hofstra University, I am trained to support clients through their therapeutic journeys using both art therapy and talk therapy. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their interpersonal needs, achieve personal goals, and develop positive coping skills.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, abilities, and identities, helping them navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and identity development through a trauma-informed lens. I believe the therapeutic process is best supported by a connection to mindfulness and spirituality, along with a somatic and practical approach. My goal is to create a collaborative, therapeutic environment that fosters positive personal change through creative self-expression, with the belief that every client has the ability to reach self-actualization and self-compassion.
