Francesca is a Creative Arts Therapist who approaches her work from a person-centered and holistic perspective. With a deep belief in every person’s inherent ability for growth, she guides clients towards self-acceptance by understanding and honoring all parts of themselves. By integrating art therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and CBT interventions, Francesca co-creates a safe space, ensuring that her clients feel welcome and supported. Having grown up in Peru, she values the importance of cultural responsiveness. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, offering psychotherapy services in both languages. Francesca holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University (MA). She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She supports clients dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Francesca strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients can fully embrace every aspect of their identity and connect with their true selves.
