Anna is a licensed mental health counselor who supports adults navigating anxiety, attachment patterns, depression, work stress, family distress, relationship challenges, and trauma. She also has experience working with individuals from immigrant and first-generation backgrounds. they navigate acculturation stress and balance cultural and societal expectations.

She is known for her kindness, empathy, and collaborative style. Anna helps clients clarify their goals, recognize their strengths, and move toward a more grounded sense of emotional and social well-being. Her approach encourages selfcompassion while offering practical tools to supportmeaningful change.

Anna integrates personcentered work with mindfulnessbased practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. She completed her Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Victim Counseling at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
