Zarina is a compassionate therapist who creates a warm, supportive space where clients can
feel safe, seen, and empowered. With extensive experience working with diverse populations,
she supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identities, complex trauma,
abuse, immigrant experiences, grief and loss, substance use, and relationship or family
challenges.

Rooted in a humanistic and collaborative approach, Zarina honors each client’s unique journey,
believing that every person holds the wisdom to guide their own healing. She thoughtfully
integrates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy,
Motivational Interviewing, client-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring her work
to meet each client’s specific needs. Zarina is passionate about helping clients build
self-acceptance, cultivate hope, and create meaningful change in their lives.
