Samantha is a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth therapist who values building real, trusting connections with her clients. She believes that everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe to be themselves, speak openly, and feel understood without fear of judgement.
Samantha’s approach is rooted in a mix of person-centered care, CBT, and mindfulness, helping clients make sense of their experiences, emotions, and patterns. She focuses on increasing insight and self-compassion, with the goal of helping clients feel more in control of their choices and overall well-being.
Samantha earned her MA in mental health counseling with a concentration in forensics from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She has worked with teens, young adults, adults, and groups. Samantha has helped individuals navigate a variety of issues including bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, grief, borderline personality disorder, and depression. She is committed to supporting clients as they move through difficult experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
