Dana Puma is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who has spent more than a decade helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. In her leadership work, Dana focuses on strengthening behavioral health programs and making sure clinicians have the tools and guidance they need to provide exceptional care.
Dana believes that when providers feel valued and supported, clients thrive too. She takes a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to leadership—prioritizing compassion, communication, and continuous improvement across every part of the care experience.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed therapy and a passion for serving high-stress professions, including first responders and their families, Dana is dedicated to building systems where both individuals and teams can grow. Her goal is always the same: to foster environments where healing is possible and people feel they truly belong.
