Tori Leibovic (She/Her), CAT-LP

Psychotherapist

I’m a therapist who helps people build emotional resilience and heal through creativity and connection. I became a therapist to offer the kind of safe, honest space I once needed, one where you can feel truly seen during life’s messier moments.

My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded, drawing from art therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and tools from ACT, DBT, and parts work. As a Creative Arts Therapist, I also offer energy work and spiritual tools for deeper healing. My Jewish identity informs how I hold space with curiosity, respect, and presence.

I work with teens, young adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, family dynamics, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting those figuring out who they are and what they want from life.

You don’t need to be an artist or have the answers. Just showing up is enough. Therapy doesn’t have to look a certain way, and you don’t have to be anywhere other than where you are right now.
