Tori Lynn Leibovic (she/her), CAT-LP
Psychotherapist
Tori is a Creative Arts Therapist who helps people heal through creativity, connection, and a holistic approach to therapy. Her work is warm, intuitive, and grounded, drawing from art therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, DBT-informed interventions, and IFS-informed, parts-based work. She also incorporates meditation, guided imagery, and body-based awareness practices to support emotional regulation and deeper self-understanding.
Tori works primarily with young adults, women, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and spiritual awakening. Spiritual exploration and energy-based practices may also be integrated when aligned with a client’s values and goals. Her Jewish identity informs how she holds space with curiosity, respect, and presence.
Clients do not need to be artists or have everything figured out before starting therapy. Just showing up is enough. Tori is passionate about helping people navigate the messiness and vulnerability of healing by creating a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel safe enough to explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
