Taryn Bush (she/her), CAT-LP

Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Taryn Bush. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and mobility challenges across all ages and abilities.

My experience ranges from coaching executive functioning skills in youth to clinical training at Helen Keller Services, working with individuals who are blind, visually impaired, and living with physical and intellectual disabilities.

I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and express themselves through verbal and nonverbal communication, movement, and body-centered awareness. My approach emphasizes empathic attunement, active listening, and compassionate therapeutic work in both individual and group settings.

At the core of my practice as a Creative Arts Therapist is a belief in the power of creative expression and authentic connection. Whether through words, movement, or stillness, I’m here to support you in finding your own rhythm and path toward healing. I hold a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
