Taylor is a compassionate, kind-hearted, collaborative, transparent, and supportive therapist. She uses her background in art therapy, DBT skills training, mindfulness interventions, breath work, and creative writing to create a person-centered environment for connection. Taylor specializes in working with clients from pre-adolescents to adults, as well as with individuals, couples, and families from different walks of life. As an artist, healer, and clinician, Taylor embodies the necessity for self-exploration. She creates a safe space for clients to gain the strength to create solutions to life changes and obstacles through art, music, creative writing, talk therapy, and creating boundaries. As a clinician, she encourages her clients to self-love and enhance their vocabulary of positive self-talk, body positivity, and self-awareness of their emotions. Taylor works with clients that have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions.
