Natalie is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. She creates collaborative working relationships with clients to help them grow, heal and make positive changes towards personal freedom. She has experience working with individual teens and adults, as well as groups. Natalie supports people who struggle with sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, mood disorders and anger management.
In her practice, she utilizes CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques. Her goal is to create a safe space to support people as they navigate relationships, approach life’s challenges, create healthy boundaries in personal and professional relationships, and improve mental health. Natalie believes addressing the root cause of a problem in conjunction with developing coping skills allows clients to create individual strategies to build meaningful connections.
