KATARINA BENNICOFF-YUNDT (SHE/HER)

Katarina (Kat for short) is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT, Board Eligible) who believes that exploration through the body helps us reclaim and rewrite the stories that no longer serve us. Kat offers a distinct therapeutic approach that integrates psychotherapy with creative expression to cultivate self-awareness, healing, and wisdom. Her practice is grounded in a holistic approach to mental health and the belief that somatic practices are the path to healing in a world where disconnection from our bodies is the norm.
