Erin Doyle She/Her, LCAT

Erin is a collaborative and compassionate art therapist. She is open to working with all ages, including children, teens and adults. She uses an intersectional, anti-oppressive approach that empowers clients to be active contributors in their healing process and encourages self-expression. Erin draws from trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and narrative theoretical perspectives. Her aim is to center and celebrate all folks through neurodivergent-affirming practices, prioritizing sensory needs, offering grounding, utilizing storytelling, and creating safe environments for creative expression. In therapy sessions, Erin encourages her clients to show up exactly as they are, knowing they will be met with acceptance and support.

Erin is trained in both art therapy and talk therapy. She strives to create a non-judgemental space where clients can explore the extent to which artmaking is incorporated in their healing and treatment. Erin is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, specializing in asexual spectrum identities. Her work is informed by her previous experience supporting LGBTQ youth as well as her own personal experiences in navigating queer identity. She is also knowledgeable on ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. Erin is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and holds an M.A. in Creative Arts Therapy Counseling from Hofstra University.
