Ariella strives to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients and believes that the creative processes can be used in combination with other interventions including psychodynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness - always engaging in a collaborative approach to best serve the client. She also understands that art therapy might not be for everyone and can support clients who wish to engage in talk therapy without including more creative interventions.

Ariella earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornell University with minors in both psychology and human development, along with a master’s degree in Art Therapy from New York University. Ariella has worked with children, adolescents, and adults facilitating a space for clients to process their experiences and develop the ability to cope with a wide range of issues including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, relational issues, trauma, and low self esteem. Her training has equipped her to work with individuals, couples, as well as families. Ariella is bilingual in English and Spanish
