Rachel is an empathetic and intuitive clinician who creates a warm, judgment-free space where healing and growth can flourish. Using a person-centered and holistic approach, she partners with you to explore life's challenges through whatever medium feels most comfortable - whether that's traditional talk therapy, mindfulness practices, or creative expression.
With experience supporting both children and adults, Rachel specializes in helping people navigate anxiety, isolation, depression, and life transitions. She has experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, incorporating sensory-based techniques that help them feel understood and empowered.
Rachel holds a Master's in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute, where her research explored the intersection of Art Therapy with Archetypal and Depth Psychology.
