Anna is a licensed mental health counselor who supports adults navigating anxiety, attachment patterns, depression, work stress, family distress, relationship challenges, and trauma. She also has experience working with individuals from immigrant and first-generation backgrounds as they navigate acculturation stress and balance cultural and societal expectations.
Anna is known for her kindness, empathy, and collaborative style. She helps clients clarify their goals, recognize their strengths, and move toward a more grounded sense of emotional and social well-being.
Anna integrates person-centered work with mindfulness-based practices, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and DBT. She completed her Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
