Amanda employs a holistic, strengths-based approach to care. Her work focuses on the connection between individuals and their environments, helping clients better understand how everyday experiences and relationships shape overall well-being. With training in trauma-informed CBT and Multi-Systemic Therapy, Amanda works with clients of all ages.
She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also helping clients build skills in setting healthy boundaries, deepening self-understanding, making meaningful behavior changes, and creating lasting, sustainable growth.
Amanda's approach is rooted in empowerment and collaboration. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by cultural humility. Amanda earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.
