Hannah Schiffman (she/her) is an MHC-LP who understands the importance of having a safe place to express oneself without fear of being judged. She believes that it is never too late to learn new skills and works to encourage self-awareness and self-confidence for her clients who are struggling to accept or understand themselves. Hannah often incorporates artistic elements to facilitate communication and bridge barriers to treatment. Hannah utilizes Narrative therapy, as well as more structured Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical therapies, to help clients foster connection, growth, and understanding in their lives and relationships. Hannah has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across contexts. She has a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, and has specialized training working with people who have ADHD and executive functioning challenges. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan and looks to collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment.
