Gabrielle Morgan (She/Her), CAT-LP

Psychotherapist

Gabrielle is personable, compassionate and an active listener. She uses an integrative/holistic approach toward therapy with her clients. Her person-centered approach allows her to utilize various tools and techniques that best fit the client she is working with. In her practice, she expresses that it is very important for each client to focus on the multitudes of the self in order to get a better understanding of who they are. Gabrielle believes that the first step in the therapeutic process is having the courage and awareness to reach out for guidance when faced with life’s stressors. As a creative arts therapist, Gabrielle creates a safe space for clients to share their emotions, stressors, and difficult life experiences through creative expression when words are too difficult. In addition to her creative skills, she also has experience using talk therapy, mindfulness interventions, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Through her integrative work, she has helped adolescents and adults, including but not limited to: learn new and safe coping skills, manage anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, interpersonal relationships and issues with the self.
