As a dedicated and compassionate art therapist, Bri is committed to facilitating healing and personal growth through the transformative power of art. With her MS in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth University, Bri is trained in traditional psychotherapy modalities such as person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, as well as art therapy to provide a unique approach in supporting individuals on their journey to self-discovery and well-being. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that the creative process can serve as a powerful tool for self-expression, communication, and healing. By integrating traditional therapeutic techniques with the transformative nature of art, Bri strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Bri has had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults while addressing a wide range of challenges such as depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use.The process of therapy is one that can be filled with great curiosity, fear, excitement, and challenge, all representative of human life.
